Nighttime waking is completely normal biological behaviour for newborns, unfortunately, this does disrupt your own sleeping patterns. Your body understands this and is well prepared, often though your mind gets in the way, giving rise to tension and resistance.
I want you to feel soothed and reassured which is why I created this meditation. I can be a comforting and familiar presence through the slow, repetitive days of early postpartum, speaking confidence, truth and encouragement so that when you sleep it is restful and restorative.
